All of us at Etobicoke Veterinary Hospital are so happy to announce that we are finally able to open our doors and welcome our pet parents into the clinic for their pets’ appointments!

Effective Tuesday August 3, we will be allowing one person to accompany their pets into the clinic for their booked appointment with the Veterinarian. We require that you wear a mask or face covering for the entirety of your appointment. Please do not visit the clinic if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, have been asked to self-isolate by public health because of a close contact to a positive individual or have travelled outside the country within the past 14 days.

• Once you arrive at the clinic for your appointment, please give us a call to let us know you have arrived and remain in your vehicle.
• A staff member will let you know when it is time to come inside and will meet you at the front door of the clinic. You will be escorted into one of the exam rooms where you will remain for the entirety of your appointment.
• Walk-In appointments, food/medication pickup and Technician appointments will continue to be curbside for the time being.
• We will continue to allow 2 pet parents into the clinic for euthanasia and end of life appointments.
